A comprehensive presentation of the theoretical and legal aspects of real estate, this course is the pre-license requirement for becoming licensed as a Real Estate Associate in Florida. It consists of 63 hours of live, classroom instruction including exam time in small interactive settings. The focus of the course is on the content to successfully complete the course, end of course exam and state exam.
Course begins Friday, July 26 (8:30 am to 4:30 pm), then Monday, August 5 (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Wednesday, August 7, (12:30 pm to 5:30 pm), Friday, August 9 (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Monday, August 12 (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Tuesday, August 13 (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), Wednesday, August 14, (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) and ends Friday, August 18, 2024 (8:30 am to 1:30 pm)

This course satisfies the renewal requirements for both Broker & Sales-Associate after the initial renewal period in an informal classroom setting. This class will satisfy DBPR ethics requirement. Last chance for live instruction before September 30, 2024 renewal deadline. NO EXAM REQUIRED!
