Course begins Monday, July 29, 2024 and ends Monday, July 29, 2024. Class Session is 9AM to 12 PM. Designed specifically for those students needing only core law segment in order to renew a sales-associate or broker license, this course covers changes in real estate law, state and federal laws affecting real estate, and basic income tax provisions relating to property transfer.
NO EXAM REQUIRED.

You may cancel and receive a refund of tuition, less a $50 cancellation fee, within 7 calendar days of registration or the first day of class, whichever occurs first. After 7 days, the tuition may be applied to another course for up to 1 year. No refunds will be made once a class has begun.
